October 20th and 21st.
Transfer from Palma de Mallorca's Airpoirt to Hotel Ferrer Janeiro.
Sunday October 21st.
Package documentation picking up in Hotel Ferrer Janeiro from 16.00 till 21.00
Monday October 22nd.
07.30: Meeting and transfer to Alcudia’s harbour.
09.00: Ferry departure Alcudia (Mallorca) – Ciutadella (Menorca).
10.30: Arrival and tour start.
14.00: Tours finish at Aparthotel Blanc Palace. Shower, lunch and free time.
17.30: Meeting and departure to Ciutadella’s harbour.
19.00: Departure of ferry Ciutadella – Alcudia (departure time to be confirmed).
21:00: Arrival to Alcudia, transfer to Hotel Ferrer Janeiro, dinner and accommodation.
Tuesday October 23rd.
09.00: Meeting and tours beginning.
12.00 –14.00: Arrival to hotel
Free afternoon.
20.00 -22.00: Dinner in hotel. Accommodation.
Wednesday October 24th. HOTEL CHANGE
09.00: Meeting and tours beginning (suitcases will be given to organization staff).
12.00 – 14.00: Arrival to hotel Occidental Playa de Palma.
Free afternoon.
20.00 -22.00: Dinner in hotel. Accommodation.
Thursday October 25th.
09.00: Meeting and tours beginning.
12.00 – 14.00: Arrival to hotel.

Friday October 26th.
06:30: Meeting and transfer to Palma’s harbour (suitcases can be let in hotel and backpacks will be given to organization staff).
08:00: Departure of ferry Palma – Ibiza
10:00: Arrival to Ibiza and tours beginning.
14.00: Arrival to hotel.
20:00 – 22:00: Dinner time in hotel. Accommodation.
Note: With the aim of doing your trip to Ibiza more comfortable, you can let part of your luggage in Hotel Occidental Playa de Palma and you will find it when arriving from Ibiza.
Saturday October 27nd.
09.00: Meeting and ride to the harbour (backpacks will be given to organization staff).
10.00: Ferry Ibiza - Formentera.
10.30: Arrival to Formentera and tours beginning.
13.00 – 13.30: Tours ending. (showers available in port sailing club). Free time to lunch.
16.30: Ferry Formentera - Ibiza
17.00: Arrival to Ibiza. Free time until 19.00.
20:00: Departure of ferry Ibiza – Palma.
22:30: Arrival, transfer to hotel Occidental Playa de Palma and accommodation.
Sunday October 28th
Breakfast and end of services.
Transfer from hotel to Palma's Airport.
End of services.
