Art. 1: The 'Vuelta a Baleares' is a tourist pack including different guided cycling non-competitive routes, designed as a tourist, cultural, leisure activity, excluding competitions.

 

Art. 2: Package rate is 890 € for cyclists lodged in double room, single supplement 210 €.

 

Art. 3: Registration will be considered totally formalized when receiving the confirmation with the booking number from Veloviajes, once total amount is settled.

 

Art. 4: Material and documents collection will be delivered at Hotel Ferrer Janiero on October 21st between 16 and 21 hours.

 

Art. 5: Services included in the tourist package:

 

     - 3 nights half-board lodgment in Hotel Ferrer Janiero (4****).

     - 2 nights half-board lodgment in Hotel Occidental Playa de Palma (4****).

     - 1 night half-board lodgment in Hotel Garbi Ibiza (4****).

     - 1 night bed-and-brakfast lodgement in Hotel Occidental Playa de Palma (4****).

     - Ferry tickets Mallorca - Menorca - Mallorca.

     - Ferry tickets Mallorca - Ibiza - Mallorca.

     - Ferry tickets Ibiza - Formentera - Ibiza.

     - All required transfers.

     - 6 guided routes

     - 1 guide for every 15 cyclists

     - Assistance car with basic mechanical tools.

     - Provisioning.

     - Luggage transport between hotels.

     - Commemorative maillot

     - Accidents insurance.

 

Art. 6: A minimum of 15 and a maximum of 200 cyclist is established. In the event of not reaching the minimal registration number, 100% of fee will be refunded.

 

Art. 7: Registration deadline will be on next September 30th 2018

 

Art. 8. Registration is opened to cyclists of both genders, minimum age 18. 

 

Art. 9: Participants must wear helmets and be equiped with a bicycle in conditions.

 

Art. 10: All participants must respect the Spanish road safety regulations and laws. Roads will be opened to general traffic all the time. 

 

Art. 11: Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events S.L. will not be held responsible for any accidents, either caused or suffered by participants that are not covered by the organization insurance, as neither will it be responsible for costs or debts acquired by participants throughout the week, including the loss or repair of bicycles or equipment. Participants will not hold Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events S.L. responsible for the loss or deterioration of personal effects under any circumstances. 

 

Art. 12: Registered cyclist must present their ID Card or Passport when collecting documentation, ferries boarding and hotels check-in times.

 

Art. 13: Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events S.L. reserves the right to refuse admission and the right to introduce any modifications deemed necessary.

 

Art. 14: Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events S.L. will create cycling groups and will asign guides who will be also security responsibles of the security of each group. Participants must obey the directions of these guides at all times. Otherwise we will remet to Art. 13.

 

Art. 15: Participants authorize to Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events S.L. to film totally or partially his/her participation, giving consent to use his/her image to promote and spread the event (internet, media, leaflets, posters and other graphic material, ...) and allow the use of these images for any commercial and advertising exploitation to be considered appropriate, without the right of the participant to obtain any economic compensations from it. Participants also authorize Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events S.L. to register their contact details to be used in future promotions or activities without the chance of being assigned to third parties.

  

Art. 16: Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events S.L. will not be held responsible should the routes or ferry transports must be suspended or postponed due to inclement weather or force majeure. 

 

Art. 17: With the registration, participant expresses the acceptance of these terms and waives any right to bring legal actions against Veloviajes - Unidiscover Events SL.
