The place of Workshop
The Casal de Peguera is a building dedicated to the Culture located in the urban core of Peguera. This facility has different rooms: auditorium, multi-purpose hall, classroom workshops, kitchen, bar, conference hall, offices and computers area.
Auditorium: this room with capacity for 314 people, has an acoustic shell and all technical conditions for adequate representation of operas, musical concerts, plays and generally any proposals related to the performing arts. It is a technically elegant and functional room.
General room: this space has a capacity for 500 people. The functionality of its infrastructure (sliding doors, bar bar, furniture, scene), allows this space can be used for multiple events, from musical concerts and plays to dinners, conferences, congresses or dance courses.
Other units: conference room, computer room, bar or kitchen facilities are some of completing the Casal de Peguera.
Activities: During the Casal de Peguera carried out the activities of a cultural centre and a stage area. Therefore, the supply of this facility was filled mainly with an offer of courses and workshops aimed at all audiences and a schedule of cultural events and entertainment in the auditorium and a multipurpose room.

Paguera: A corner of paradise between the sea and mountains
The Majorcan coastline is stunning, whatever area we visit of the island. The coastline along the municipality of Calvia does not detract at all this fame: there are 54 miles littered with beautiful beaches, enchanting coves and blue waters of international fame. Paguera is one of the most attractive tourist spots on the area. This small town has become the favourite for European tourists, especially from Germany, although visitors from Britain are also common. The privileged microclimate of the region protected by the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, teams up with the beautiful surroundings and the coast to turn Paguera into a perfect place for a holiday in which nothing is missing.
The beautiful beaches near Paguera are famous since the 1960's, when the tourist boom began. Three large and several small sandy coves are responsible of many tourists come to Paguera looking for its particular place in the sun.
Around Paguera many beautiful excursions are possible. Lovers of water sports will find plenty of clubs where they can practice diving, sailing or windsurfing. The Sierra de Tramuntana offers hiking trails, bicycle tourism, horseback riding or ATV, and reaches spectacular viewpoints over the Mediterranean. In addition, Majorcan cuisine tempts travellers with its aromas and flavours, with many classic restaurants and bars offering its famous specialties.
