REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

Art. 1: IOWM registration fee is 360 €. Registration will be considered as formalized when receiving the confirmation with the booking number from the Organization after payment was done. In addition, a terrestrial service package is offered, including the registration fee, with a rate of 865 € per person in double room and 1.175 € per person in single room.

 

Art. 2: Included services in tourist package:

     - Right to participate in the International Opera Workshop Mallorca 2015.    
     - 11 nights full-board lodgment (with picnic) in Hotel Valentin Reina Paguera (3***) or similar.

     - Transfers in/out Airport - Hotel – Airport.

     - Excursion Island Tour.

     - Transfers to visit Palma for 2 evenings during the workshop.

 

Art. 3: A maximum number of 30 registered is established. We can not accept any further applicants once we have reached this number. The minimum number of participants will be 10. In the event that this number shall not be reached, full inscription fee will be given back to the ones who have registered already.

 

Art. 4: Applicants must show their singing abilities, either through an audition (date to be announced) or for those, who live abroad, through a DVD sent to our address (see under registration) or by sending us 3 links to online videos which demonstrate your singing abilities. 

 

Art. 5: The Organization Committee reserves the right to admission and the right to introduce any modifications considered necessary.

 

Art. 6: Participants authorize the Organization to film totally or partially his/her presence during the workshop, giving consent to use his/her image to promote and spread the event (internet, media, leaflets, posters and other graphic material, ...) and agree that those images are used for any commercial and advertising exploitation considered to be appropriate, without the right of the participant to obtain any economic compensations from it. Participants also authorize the Organization to register their contact details to be used in future promotions or activities without the chance of being assigned to third parties.

 

Art. 7: With the registration, participant expresses the acceptance of these terms and rejects any right to bring legal actions against the Organization.
