
Director
Singer and stage director. She started her career in Germany as a dancer and choreographer performing in many musicals at the Theater Aachen already as a teenager. After graduating from school, she studied opera singing with Mya Besselink at the Conservatorium Maastricht, NL. She sang in various opera productions while directing opera performances of her own students.
In London she amplified her studies with teachers such as Noelle Barker, Rosalind Plowright and Chris Gould. At the same time, her interest in directing grew, and she assisted at the rehearsals of the “Ring des Nibelungen” at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden directed by Keith Warner. In Germany she has worked with world famous opera directors such as Peter Konwitschny, Hans Neuenfels, Andreas Kriegenburg and Andreas Homoki. Further, as a film director she has made several documentaries for the Deutsche Oper Berlin, Komische Oper Berlin, Oper Leipzig, and the Akademie der Künste, Berlin ( Academy of arts). In Mallorca, she works as a teacher, freelance singer and directs the Opera Workshop Mallorca. She has founded the Opera Workshop as a local workshop in 2013 and directed its second production this year.

Yvonne Schiffelers

Vocal coach
The Dutch Mezzo-soprano Yvonne Schiffelers completed her vocal studies at the Conservatorium in Maastricht. She sang for more than 25 years in the most important Opera houses in Europe such as Amsterdam, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Mannheim, Brussels, Helsinki, etc. Her repertoire includes: Dorabella (Cosi fan Tutte), Octavian (Der Rosenkavalier), Componist (Ariadne auf Naxos), Charlotte (Werther), Waltraute ,Fricka etc. Among the many conductors and directors she has worked with are Edo de Waart, Hans Vonk, Willy Decker (Amsterdam), Adam Fisher (Hannover, Mannheim), Bertrand de Billy(Antwerpen), Jun Märkl (Munnich, Berlin, Mannheim), Hartmuth Haenchen (Amsterdam), Harry Kupfer (Cologne), Christine Mielitz (Mannheim, Berlin), Claus
Guth(Mannheim), Andreas Homoki(Leipzig). She is teaching at the Conservatorium in Maastricht and giving International masterclasses.
José María Fayos
Artist, Stage Designer
Painter and Philosophy. Since 1985 he has staged several exhibitions at art galleries and fairs. He did his apprenticeship with Luis Massoni and completed his studies in Madrid, Paris and Italy. He was a student and teacher at the Escuelas de Artesanos de Valencia. Since 2003 he is the artistic director of the Dance Company Diverso Alaria, in Mallorca. He has collaborated with the Opera Workshop Mallorca in its productions 2013 and 2014 as stage and light designer.
Pianist, Correpetitor
Pianist. She began her piano studies with 8 years in Lvov, Ukraine. At age 13 she gave her first concert with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Ukraine. After studying at the Conservatory superior of Lvov, she has attended master classes with Bugbinder, Krayniev, Lisichenco. She was appointed accompanist for soloists at the Lvov Theatre and taught at the Conservatory of Lvov. She has performed in concerts with various orchestras in Ukraine, Switzerland, Russia, Poland, Germany. Since 2000 she lives in Spain, where she has performed with violinist Zoriana Ivaniv and several Jazz artists in the world. Currently she teaches at the music school in Inca and accompanies the choir of Calvia and "Academy 1830". Since 2014 she is the pianist of the Opera Workshop Mallorca.

Svitlana Bens

Dance Coach
Dance teacher and classical and contemporary dancer. She studied classical ballet at the Conservatory of Palma where she graduated with “Mención Honorífica”. She is a professional teacher licensed by the UNED and “by the Conservatory of Valencia. She was part of Cámara de la Cátedra de Danza Alicia Alonso in Madrid from 1994 to 2000. She has worked with Roiston Maldom in the Eurotryst Project, with Fernando Bujones in the “Ballet del Mediterraneo” and with Leda Loiodice for the Teatro Real in Madrid. Since 2007 she works as a professor at the Conservatory of Music and Dance in Mallorca. She appeared as a dancer in the latest production of the Opera Workshop Mallorca in 2014.

Vocal Coach
The New York Soprano Janice Dixon completed studies in Voice, Piano and Violin from the Aaron Copland School of Music. She has performed with the New York Philharmonic, American Symphony and in Venues such as Carnegie and Alice Tully Hall. Her European career began as Soloist at the National Theater Mannheim. She was Soloist at the D.O.Berlin, Staatstheater Berlin, with the Cologne and Berlin Philharmonic Orchestras and in the Alte Oper Frankfurt, Concertgebouw Amsterdam and Royal Albert Hall London. Her roles include: “Tosca”, “Marschallin,”(Der Rosenkavalier), “Chrysothemis”(Elektra), “Abigaille”(Nabucco) “Fiordiligi”(Cosi fan Tutte) and “Elvira”(Don Giovanni). She has been active as a freelance Classical and Jazz performer and Vocal teacher since presenting Masterclasses and Workshops.

"Oliver Kloeter studied opera-directing and film-directing at the Academy for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. At that time he started working with directors such as Robert Carsen, David Alden, Christof Nel, Michael Hampe and Günter Krämer at opera-houses like Vienna State Opera, Munich State Opera, Salzburg Easter Festival, Theater an der Wien, Theater St. Gallen, Gran Teatro del Liceu in Barcelona, Teatro la Fenice, Opera Cologne etc. Oliver Kloeter works as director in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Central America and the USA. His productions include operas such as “The Turn of the Screw”, “Tosca”, “Idomeneo” (Mozart/Strauss), “I Capuleti e i Montecchi”, “Magic Flute”, “Fidelio”, “Iphigenie auf Tauris” (Gluck/Strauss), "Cosi fan tutte", "Carmen", "La Boheme", "Don Giovanni", "Hänsel & Gretel" etc. For the Musiktriennale Cologne, a music festival for new music, he directed an orchestra for a work by Mauricio Kagel. Oliver Kloeter teaches at the Academy for Music and Dance in Cologne from 2008 on. As a guest-lecturer he teaches at the Conservatory Maastricht, Jeunesses Musicales Germany, Opernakademie Henfenfeld, Saarburg International Music Festival and the Vianden Music Festival in Luxemburg."
